For his part, the Executive Director of Al-Bayan Center, Dr. Ali Taher Al-Hammood, stressed the need to deepen the impact of think tanks within state institutions, calling for the adoption of the Board of Advisors as an incubator to receive their studies and coordinate with government entities. Al-Hammood also urged officials and ministers to maintain continuous communication with these centers and participate in their activities, emphasizing the importance of coordination between the bodies concerned with foreign policy and active centers to activate Track II diplomacy in international and regional communication, especially in light of the current crisis.
