A Ph.D. student in Political Science at Boston University, where his research focuses on the geopolitics of the Middle East, Iraqi foreign policy, U.S.-Iraq relations, regime politics. He served in various research and analytical capacities in both the United States and Iraq, most recently as Senior Political Advisor at the Netherlands Embassy in Iraq.
