Al-Bayan Center for Studies and Planning received a delegation from the Mosul Center for Strategic and Future Studies, which included Mr. Ahmed Abdul Karim, Deputy Director of the Center; Dr. Ali Issam of the Relations Committee; Mr. Muhammad Fathi of the Activities Committee; and Muhannad Waad from the center’s media office.
The meeting witnessed a discussion of a number of strategic and developmental issues of mutual interest, as well as a review of cooperation opportunities in the fields of research and studies, and the exchange of scientific and knowledge-based expertise, in a manner that contributes to supporting the public policy-making process and developing academic research in Iraq.
Dr. Ali Taher Al-Hammood, Executive Director of the Al-Bayan Center, emphasized the importance of building effective partnerships between Iraqi research centers, thereby enhancing their role in providing scientific insights and solutions to national challenges, and contributing to anticipating the future and supporting sustainable development efforts.
For his part, Mr. Ahmed Abdul Karim stressed the importance of integrating efforts between national research institutions to confront current challenges, underscoring the Mosul Center’s keenness to expand the bilateral partnership and exchange expertise in a way that serves the pathways of sustainable development during the upcoming stage.
