Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n

The international community is on the cusp of a paradigm shift like national security threats, and a major change that represents a historic turn in the nature of security, as a result of the technological developments and innovations achieved by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is expected to serve as a window that enhances the push for a behavior generation\u00a0digital revolution, the most prominent features of which will be unbridled speed, accuracy and efficiency in carrying out traditional tasks, which will strongly affect the patterns of globalization, production systems, markets and societies, as a result of the wide spread of technology and its ability to penetrate borders, which will make the gap between developed and developing countries. The development of artificial intelligence in terms of the global economic and security environment may result\u00a0in\u00a0its penetration of business As the gap and conflict between countries grow, and as robotics,\u00a0the\u00a0Internet of Things, autonomous vehicles, nanotechnologies, biotechnology, materials science, and computing continue to grow, what has been a fantasy; we can honestly say that the next revolution marks the beginning of a new chapter in human history.<\/p>\n

The research attempts to address a problem by answering the following question \u201cHow can the development of artificial intelligence give rise to serious threats to Iraqi national security?\u201d<\/p>\n

This\u00a0research assumes that artificial intelligence technologies can be used to be high-tech tools that threaten Iraqi national security as a result of the significant weakness experienced by Iraq in the field of artificial intelligence technology.<\/p>\n

In this research,\u00a0we will touch on<\/p>\n

First: The concept of artificial intelligence and its types<\/p>\n

Second: Iraq in the government readiness index for artificial intelligence and the innovation index<\/p>\n
