Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies has organized a training course for researchers in the Ministry of Culture, regarding the writing of scientific research and conducting survey studies.<\/p>\n

The course was in collaboration with the Women’s Empowerment Department of the Ministry of Culture, where researchers in the Department of Studies and Research were trained to conduct field studies on women’s and gender issues and to measure the gender gap within the Ministry.<\/p>\n

The training was conducted by Dr. Ali Taher Alhammood, the Managing Director of Al-Bayan Center. The course was attended by a number of researchers (males and females) who are interested in women’s issues, and wish to conduct social field studies to make recommendations to decision-makers in the Ministry, as well as to uncover the specific problems experienced by women at their work in State Departments.<\/p>\n
