The two sides discussed how to help the Iraqi government carry out economic reforms following the government&#8217;s draft white paper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies is an independent, nonprofit think tank based in Baghdad, Iraq.
